🧘‍♀️ Pups & Pilates Fundraiser Class with H2L Studio and Canine Rescue of Central PA

Pups & Pilates is a feel-good fundraiser supporting the Canine Rescue of Central PA, combining a fun, low-impact workout with adorable adoptable dogs to help raise awareness and support for animals in need.

Please bring a mat and we will be outside with the doggies. Mat Pilates is an all-level friendly workout. Please bring a cash or check donation for the class.

Flow and move with dogs around you 🐶 

Get in an hour before opening to get our workout on.. and then the wine bar opens. Enjoy a "Yappy Hour" from 12 - 2 PM after class! Enjoy a speciality drink all day to support the Canine Rescue of Central PA! 

There will also be a photo opp set up by the Canine Rescue!
